Nelly carries a huge weight on her back after being manipulated by her uncle into selling drugs at school. Unwillingly, she lost everything, destroyed people’s lives and her own.
When she was still a girl, Brenda accused her stepfather’s son of harassment and all she got in return was her mother to abandon her with grandma to go live with Raul in Manhattan. After many years, Angie wishes to rebuild her relationship with Brenda and all she does is get Brenda rebellious and all of her rejection.

Four childhood friends, Valerie, Justine, Nicole and Sasha, decide to buy together a pair of shoes for all of them to use. When Valerie falls ill, hospitalized with dengue, Justine, Nicole and Sasha decide to use only one shoe, exchanging it weekly in memory of their friend. Wanting to spread the conscience on dengue, they decide to clean Valerie’s house surroundings. In the meantime, Valerie fights between life and death, and her mother, Victoria (Jailene Cintrón), suffers with her sense of guilt.
A group of students and their homeroom teacher, Mr. Pérez, plan a Christmas party at the teacher’s home.
