Eight shorts, four in English and four in Spanish give life to Project: VALUES. Through genders such as drama, comedy, tragedy and fantasy, characters live experiences that show the need of good moral values in our daily lives. Beyond the values, these shorts tackle subjects such as dengue prevention, stray bullets, social disobedience, disrespect to the elderly, psychological and physical bullying, the bad business of drug dealing and in-school terror.
Four childhood friends, Valerie, Justine, Nicole and Sasha, decide to buy together a pair of shoes for all of them to use. When Valerie falls ill, hospitalized with dengue, Justine, Nicole and Sasha decide to use only one shoe, exchanging it weekly in memory of their friend. Wanting to spread the conscience on dengue, they decide to clean Valerie’s house surroundings. In the meantime, Valerie fights between life and death, and her mother, Victoria (Jailene Cintrón), suffers with her sense of guilt.
